Behind the scenes at ReelVertex
People sometimes ask what a normal week looks like inside ReelVertex. Here it is, without the polish.
Monday is the planning day. We meet for forty minutes, review every active project, and agree what each person owns until Friday. The rest of Monday is heads-down work.
Tuesday to Thursday are mostly the work itself — talking to clients, working through spin problems, drafting and revising. Every afternoon ends with a short status note posted internally. That note is the difference between a smooth week and a chaotic one.
Friday we close loops. Anything still open at 4pm either gets a clear plan or gets explicitly parked until Monday. Then a quiet hour of bookkeeping, internal notes, and tidying the workspace at 2 Dawson Road, Glasgow, G4 9SS.
It is not exciting. It is the routine that makes the exciting parts possible.
